核心职责和任务：

- 研发并维护针对IT或电信等领域产品的嵌入式系统

- 在分析客户需求的基础上开发新的服务解决方案或产品功能，并通过工作量估算和任务分配将其有效地转化为高质量设计规范

- 各种级别的技术故障排除、技术问题解决、设计、实现、测试、验证和系统集成

- 向项目经理以及相关人员执行项目文档和进度报告

基本要求：

- 本科学位，计算机科学或电气工程或相关专业

- 具有丰富的嵌入式系统开发编程经验，熟悉C/C++编程语言

- 具有3年以上Lean & Agile原则下的DSP软件开发经验

- 执行调度，内存管理的经验

- 了解GIT / Gerrit / Jenkins

- 熟悉通用控制接口设计（如AMBA AXI, UART, SPI, I2C, OPB, DDR, Ethernet等)

- 具有SCRUM方法的知识和实践经验

- 英语口语较好，具备流利读写的能力

- 良好的沟通、知识分享和团队协作能力

- 以客户为中心，以客户需求为导向

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

-   Develop new service solutions or product features base on Analyzing customer requirements and translate those into high-quality design specifications efficiently with effort estimation and task allocation.

-   Troubleshooting, problem solving, design, implementation, test, verification and system integration at all levels

-  Carry out the project documentations and progress report to project stakeholders

-  Documentation and version control of solution development

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Mandatory:

 

-   Bachelor/Master degree, major in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

-   3+ years working  DSP programming knowledge,C/C++ real time programming knowledge

(Note: the assignment will include both programming areas. Focus on the DSP part is not mathematics but rather handling big amount of data in real time.)

-   Experience of execution coordination and scheduling, memory management

-   Familiar with GIT / Gerrit / Jenkins, Yocto

-   Good English verbal communication skill, fluent in reading and writing skill

-   Good interaction and communication skills, knowledge sharing and collaboration skills

-   Curious to learn new technical areas
