Principal Accountabilities:
Review and enhance all existing Vendors Agreement, Terms & Conditions.
Initiate Payment Term improvement and cash benefits from all Vendors.
Tracking of Vendors performance through the use of Vendor Scorecard and key account management.
Establish and maintain a weekly and monthly progress reports on the above.
Assist Sourcing specialist in looking for new Vendors in Asiapac through attending Trade Fairs in the region.
Maintaining frequent contact with Vendors for ease of resolving Vendors or products related issues.

Skills, Know How and Experience
Diploma holder or equivalent.
3 years of work experience relating to Sourcing, Purchasing or Vendor management is preferred.
Must know Microsoft Office Excel, Word application.
Multitasking, detailed oriented, and task prioritization when needed is important.
Believer of good Customer service and have good communication skills in both written and oral English / Mandarin
