As a Final Testing Supervisor you will be responsible for Conducting final checking and testing according to work instruction to ensure the product conforming standards before delivery, in Motion Business Area in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will prepare testing work instruction and keep updating in time.

- Following instructions strictly and guarantying the safety of person and equipment in testing field
- Conducting final checking and testing according to work instruction to ensure the product conforming standards before delivery
- Documenting product quality record and supporting delivery quality improvement
- Preparing testing work instruction and keep updating in time
- Improving testing process/tools/equipment and instruments to improve efficiency and product quality
- Understanding the configuration of testing system, and updating testing system if needed
- Maintaining all the tools/equipment and instruments to ensure them in good condition
- Accepting and learning related knowledge, developing ability and skills to meet the requirement of company business growth

- A Bachelor’s degree in automation or electronics engineering
- Good cooperation and communication as good team player
- Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
- Must be able to work under pressure
