岗位职责:
- 战略规划管理:目标设定、定期跟踪回顾、分析及调整方案以达成目标
- 创新产品执行标准制定
- 推动创新产品及活动沟通,执行,收集,反馈
- 创新产品销量预测及销量追踪,库存需求管理,协调提,备货,调拨,发运
- 费用预算计划,使用,考核。产品价格数树管理
- 售点/产品分销及激活
- 消费者活动开展及监管
- 经销商及SPR管理
岗位要求:
-本科以上学历,商务管理,经济学等相关学士学位
-至少2年实地市场工作经验,包括渠道营销及高端产品推广工作经验
-良好的领导力,沟通协调能力。
-敏锐的市场及数据分析能力
-能够接受一定程度的出差频率,与实地销售团队保持良好的互动合作,良好的自驱力以及结果导向。
-具备良好的英语听说读写能力
-具备良好的创新能力,以及品牌管理意识。有品牌管理经验者优先。职能类别:市场/营销/拓展经理
