Key Accountabilities:

Staffing and Recruiting: 80%
- Work independantly with Business leader to position the talent requirement and understand the needs
- Understand Talent market, accurately position the talent pool and assist with staffing plan
- Assist with job evaluation, analysis, job coding creation and maintenance
- Implement recruiting plan, achieve recruiting target by strong timeline-oriented
- Develop, manage and evaluate recruitment channels
- Assist with building up and optimizing recruiting system, process and procedure
- Plan, organize and execute recruitment events
- Promote and conduct internal hiring
- Prepare staffing and recruitment reports and data analysis
- Build and maintain talents pools, keep beneficial relationship with recruitment partners

Others: 20%
- Manage all lifecycle recruitment process and operation
- Ready to cross support and be backup to peers when needed (if necessary)
- Guide and develop junior staff (if necessary)
- Other assignments from manager

Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies):

- Bachelor of Human Resource Management or related 
- 5+ years recruiting experience with BPO industry experience is a must
- Familiar with variable recruiting channels and models
- Understanding of the local talent market
- Strong Result-oriented and Problem solving skill
- Logical thinking and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment and work under significant pressure
- Self-starter with can-do attitude
- CET-6 at least, fluent oral and written English
