2、本科及以上学历，具有机械，金属材料或生物相关专业背景优先；

3、了解医疗器械产品开发流程和ISO13485质量体系的优先考虑；

4、能够熟练阅读文献和专利，以及良好的文献检索能力；

5、具有良好的沟通能力和执行能力。
