This is a Product Specialist role reporting to the Product Management Manager in the Business Area - Motion located in Beijing, China. You will be responsible for Low Voltage Drive product management, be representative in general purpose, WWW, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) Global Product Line communities and work in Product Management team, Local Division, China.

- Understanding general market needs, white spots and weaknesses in current portfolio.
- Collecting and managing customer requirement. Communicating with Global Product Line manager and Product Manager from other regions to keep the competitiveness of current portfolio.
- Preparing product proposal to Product Portfolio Management according to marketing requirement. Defining product roadmap and requirement specification.
- Overseeing product cost and functional competitiveness and leadership over the lifecycle.
- Cooperating with cross-function to initiate product development and engineering change. Participating in R&D project as a Product Manager.
- Collecting and analyzing market information with technical support and product marketing teams.

- Bachelor or above degree in Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years low voltage AC drive product experience in product management, or over 5 years in technical support, service or sales.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Willing to travel domestically and overseas occasionally.
- Familiarity with the drive portfolio of major brands and overseas experience (work or study) would be a plus.
- Sensitivity to the market changes would be a plus.
