Job Description
    Responsibilities
    ·          Responsible  for Accounting, Tax, legal processes and bookkeeping tasks
    ·          Record  and review all transactions; AR / AP / GL
    ·          Complete  monthly P&L, monthly balance sheet reconciliation and other monthly reports  (submit to Head Office on time)
    ·          Prepare  (and translate) Accounts Payable documentation including all payments to  suppliers, staff and other companies
    ·          Sending  out Accounts Receivable documentation including invoicing, receipting and  cheque collection as necessary
    ·          Prepare  payments (BACS, Voucher, cheque)
    ·          Prepare  monthly tax returns including Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax and Corporate  Income Tax
    ·          Manage  fixed asset, accruals, prepayments
    ·          Credit  control (Collection/ Payment)
    ·          Checking  and confirming petty cash reconciliations
    ·          Liaise  with Head office for daily / weekly / monthly accounting reports and cashflow
    ·          Liaise  with the auditors for year end accounts. 
    ·          Other  ad hoc assignments
    Qualifications:
    ·          Bachelor  or Master degree in Accounting, or  Business Administration, Economics,  Finance,  Marketing, Tax, Laws
    ·          At  least 3-5 years in accounting field auditing, or Tax. Also, if having CPA is  advantageous.
    Positions Required
    ·          Good  command of English and computer literacy
