    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Support daily operations for SAP, SharePoint sites

·         Development support on SharePoint sites and Local Web Applications

·         Ensure site performance and activities conform to required global standards

·         Maintain databases of SQLSERVER

·         Perform SAP service requests and coordinate requirements from stakeholders

·         Collect and assess new demands from business and coordinate implementation of change requests with respective stakeholders

·         Handle daily service & developments in cross functional areas FI/CO/CS/***/SD/PP

·         Writing technical design documents and software specifications

·         Gap analysis and functional specifications preparation

·         Implement & upgrade improvement on SAP, SharePoint sites

    Qualifications & Experience

Education:

·         Bachelor / University majored in information technology or relative subject

Skills & Competencies:

·         Solid knowledge of writing technical documents

·         Self-motivated and ability to handle complex developments in SAP, SharePoint sites

·         Proficiency in FI/CO/CS/***/SD/PP

·         Effectively communicate with users for requirements analysis and processes improvement

·         Experience in integration and support skills in SharePoint with combination to MS Office apps

·         Proficiency in Visual Studio and Python

·         Good knowledge of SQL SERVER and database architecture

·         Good communication and presentation skills to deliver information to diverse audiences

·         Good experience in customer and user orientation and training.

·         Good knowledge of gap analysis and functional specifications preparation

·         Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and improving processes

Experience:

·         6+ years of SAP experience

·         3+ years experiences in project management

·         3+ years programming experiences in VS, Python

·         3+ years of experience in integration and support skills in SharePoint with combination to MS Office apps

Language:

Fluency in English and Mandarin in essential
