职位描述

Responsible for the development and delivery of LEGOLAND Park Sichuan digital channels, optimizing our e-Commerce presence to achieve significant sales growth in line with annual targets. Ensures that digital guest experience and quality of content best showcases the LEGOLAND Sichuan Resort, communicates brand values, and optimizes sales.

Key Objectives
? Work closely with the Group e-Commerce team to deliver group and local e-Commerce strategies to achieve annual sales targets
? Champion and become a super user for our online booking system (Accesso Online)
? Work closely with counterparts in LEGOLAND Parks internationally in the development and delivery of our online brand proposition
? Maximize the pre-booking opportunity for tickets, F&B, retail and hotel sales across digital platforms
? Ensure guest end-to-end online experience is fully optimized both in terms of expectation and conversion to sales, including maximizing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
? Create and manage high quality content that best showcases the LEGOLAND Resort for digital platforms
? Work with Short breaks team to develop a content strategy and calendar to ensure a seamless user journey between the LEGOLAND Sichuan and the 3rd party online hotel booking partners websites to facilitate sales growth
? Work closely with LEGOLAND Sichuan media agency to manage promotion across digital channels including PPC, Affiliates and Display
? Work closely with Group eCRM Team to deliver LEGOLAND email campaigns that complement the Group eCRM calendar and activity
? Manage the LEGOLAND Sichuan App including content production, promotional activity and encouraging uptake
? Drive growth in collection of guest contact data for CRM purposes
Main Responsibilities
? Business Impact / Results The cornerstone of our marketing strategy is drive guests online where we can best inspire and excite them to visit by showcasing the resort. The website is key to the delivery of the hotel businesses budgeted room nights, park tickets and events revenue.
1.Develop content and guest experience to ensure online marketing activity maximizes revenue growth incrementally through targeted, secure and timely offers.
2.Develops the long-term strategy and action plan to optimize all relevant e-Commerce channels
? Creativity
1.Leads the look and feel development of our online content in partnership with our Brand team to ensure it represents the LEGOLAND brand values and is consistent with and supports the wider business.
2,Continually developing new and exciting online promotions and content.
?Communication
1.Reports to and is accountable to the Head of Marketing. Liaises frequently with the marketing teams.
2.Works closely with the Head of Marketing, Group E-Commerce Director, Sales and 3rd party online hotel booking partners

3.Responsible for the production and distribution of an online dashboard (produced weekly)
4.Works closely with the PR, Admissions and Guest Satisfaction Team in delivery and management of online presence
5.Attends resort communication meetings and briefings to ensure good cross functional relationships.
?Decision Making & Autonomy
1.Online strategy, changes to and development of the website infrastructure and wireframes require the consent and approval of the Sales & Marketing Director.
2.Development of the online content including eCRM campaigns requires the consent and approval of the Head of Marketing
3,Responsible for the increase in online activity to reduce the dependence on promotions through traditional channels and improve the yield.

?Applied Knowledge & Specialist Skills
1.Expertise in online marketing and content management
2.Expertise and experience in website development and online technology development
3.Experience in management of online retail businesses and optimizing shopping experiences
4.Experience in managing specialist e-commerce development partners to achieve business targets to time and budget.
5.To have intermediate to expert skills with the MS Office suite of products.
Managing Recourses
6. Ensure that the website and other digital platforms are fully functional, and that content is fully optimized to agreed strategies.
7.Manages and empowers a Digital Engagement Manager, providing opportunities for development, Complexity & Problem Solving
8.Develop and implement the online revenue and performance strategy ensuring that it fully exploits the online revenue potential.
9.Development of the guest online experience and expectations from our website and digital platforms
