Job Purpose

To manage general HR function with focus on talent acquisition and training and other HR daily operations include but not limited to communication, staffing and recruitment activities, Learning and development, staff recreation, performance management communication etc

Key Responsibilities

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• To manage the recruitment activities ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business.
• To liaise with line departments on recruitment needs and monitor the recruitment process meeting the expectation of Head of Human Resources
• To work with colleagues in the HR Team to identify ways to improve Lane Crawford’s ability to attract talent. 
• To ensure recruitment activities are carried out timely and within budget.
• To conduct recruitment projects such as career talk, recruitment days etc which build the Lane Crawford image as an employer of choice
• To develop, implement and conduct training for store and office staffs which motivates, builds competence, and improves performance.
• To facilitate multi-training across the organization，To seek frequent feedback on training initiatives looking for ways to constantly improve the learning opportunities for employees
• To champion learning and development of our Training Specialists and Department Coaches, work closely with them in an ongoing basis with regular meetings, on-job coaching, reviews and follow through，acting as internal consultant and offering L&D solutions
• To measure the quality of learning and development activities and make recommendations on how to improve and upgrade training based on results achieved

Qualification

• Bachelor degree with 5 years plus talent acquisition, training related working experience
• Top sales background with retail training experience is a plus
• Strong communication in both English and Chinese
• MNC background, luxury retail industry is the plus for staffing & training role
• Good team work spirit, passion, positive and easy going
• Strong learning ability, and willing to take challenge
• Initiative and a good solution provider
