Job Responsibilities:

—      Provide technical support and services to customers for the use of Electronics & Specialty Gases (ESG) materials in relevant industries in China.

— 为中国区的半导体、LED等使用林德电子及特种气体（ESG）材料的客户提供技术支持和服务。

—      Be the owner of field service and follow up with all the action items for ESG materials businesses. Especially for SiH4 Tube Trailer, Implant gases etc.

— 作为现场服务的负责人，跟进 ESG 材料业务的所有行动项目。特别适用于 SiH4 管拖车、植入气体等

—      To support evaluation of customer needs and expectations from a supplier's point of view and formulate solutions to meet those needs. To support Sales team to conduct the new products qualification/process change as technical owner.

— 支持从供应商的角度评估客户的需求和期望，并制定解决方案以满足这些需求。支持销售团队作为技术负责人进行新产品资格/流程变更。

—      Assist identifying gaps in Linde ESG product specifications/quality and areas where we achieve a competitive advantage. Support Sales team to identify and pursue all ESG products opportunities with all related levels of customer management.

— 协助确定林德 ESG 产品规格/质量和我们取得竞争优势的领域的差距。支持销售团队通过所有相关级别的客户管理来识别和寻求所有 ESG 产品机会

—      Handle customer complaints. Act as total technical interface to handle functional groups cooperation to achieve solutions and completion of customer corrective action/8D reports. Contact with suppliers for quality issue relevant request, tracking and follow up.

— 处理客户投诉。充当总技术窗口，协调内部合作，以实现解决方案并完成客户纠正措施/8D 报告。就质量问题相关的请求、跟踪和跟进与供应商联系。

—      Implement safety practice of the technical/field service activity. Follow related SOPs of all working activities. Make sure all the technical report/survey/audit records available and traceability.

— 实施技术/现场服务活动的安全实践。遵守所有工作活动的相关 SOP。确保所有技术报告/调查/审计记录可用且可追溯。

—      Qualified as LEAP team member to handle customers’ or support warehouse emergency response.

—  作为 LEAP 团队成员处理客户或支持仓库应急响应。

—      Generate Chinese SDS and safety labels, production registration per GHS and GB standards, to meet customer demand.

— 生成中文SDS和安全标签，按照GHS和GB标准进行生产注册，满足客户需求。

—      Transfer/make customer eCOAs and upload to system according to customers’ requirement.

— 根据客户要求传输/制作客户 eCOA 并上传至系统。

—      Other related work assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

—      BS in Engineering, familiarity of AutoCAD operation is required and experience in Gas Supply System, Implant Equipment, and Electronics background is preferred.

—      3-5 years of Engineering/Equipment experience; Related Industry/Semiconductor Fab or cylinders management experience (desirable).

— 3-5年工程/设备经验,相关行业/半导体晶圆厂/气缸管理经验优先

—      Good command of English (CET-4 or above) and able to communicate with foreign colleagues is preferred. Presentation capabilities; Good in PC applications: Office software including Excel, PowerPoint etc.

—      Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and willingness to reach out and collaborate with resources throughout Linde organization.
