Job Description:

Provides administrative project or process support to relieve and assist general manager and staff of administrative details and duties. Responsibilities include general assistant duties such as ordering office supplies, sorting mails, making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings, etc., as well as executing and reporting on research and data analysis projects. The job will require interaction and coordination between departments and/or outside parties. Interacts with company personnel’s at all organizational levels. May be required to perform duties of a critical or confidential nature.

Primary Responsibilities

• Routine administrative support, including travel and meeting arrangement, meeting minutes and report, expense request and reimbursement, office supplies and equipment purchase, etc.
• Marketing department asset and demo equipment management
• Helping on legal documentation and business license management process

Qualifications:

• College or university degree
• Fluent English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and pays attention to details
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or relevant working experience

• 管理公章营业执照等重要文件及流程

任职要求：

• 本科或以上学历
• 英语流利
• 沟通能力强
• 耐心细致
• 两年以上相关经验
