岗位职责：

1. 执行招聘工作流程(日常招聘+校园招聘）；

2. 办理员工入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；

3. 负责新员工入职培训，协同开展业务培训，以及培训的跟踪、反馈；

4. 负责员工人事档案及合同，HRM系统信息的更新及维护；

5. 负责每月人事月报、员工考勤制作、员工津贴福利核算、Newsletter制作等；

6. 负责员工活动的组织、执行等； 

7. 日常员工沟通； 

8. 管理实习生，实习状态的跟进与反馈；

9. 执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作；

10. 领导交代的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，相关专业优先；

2. 英语良好，大学英语四级以上优先;

3. 至少有三年的人事行政经验（条件优秀者可放宽限制）;

4. 抗压能力强。
