工作职责：
 
1、负责企业及商户管理产品的规划和周期性迭代，并对产品数据负责；
 
2、深入理解业务分析并及时响应业务需求，提出产品解决方案；
 
3、管理项目进度，协调设计、开发、运营等团队资源，协调并推动跨部门的合作，推动产品快速高质量上线；
 
4、通过业务调研、客户调研和竞品调研，不断完善出扩展性强、配置灵活、适用性广的B端产品。
 
任职资格：
 
1、 大学本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品经验，1年B端管理相关产品的工作经验；
 
2、掌握至少一种产品原型设计工具，如Axure，Mockplus等，能熟练使用Visio、Office、MindManager，或其他同类软件；
 
2、对数据敏感，沟通协调能力强、条理清晰，心态开放，乐观积极；
 
3、有较强的学习意愿和自我驱动性，能够推动团队完成产品迭代；
 
4、对业务有热情，有一定的方法论沉淀，地产行业背景或b端赋能产品经验者优先；
