Responsibility:

1. Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
2. Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9001 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
a) Compliance to work instructions.
b) Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
c) Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.
3. To ensure management and the organization of Country/District has the tools required to perform a systematic approach to continual improvement and development of an IMS district.
4. Maintain ISO9000 accreditation or equivalent certification and ensuring that relating QMS Documents are maintained
5. Monitor new laws and regulations to determine potential impact upon the Company, and develop and recommend appropriate changes to procedures and practices as appropriate.
6. Develop and recommending appropriate changes to procedures process and practices.
7. Clearly focus on Non-Value Activities (NVA) to eliminate waste through process analysis.
8. Review Client bids/tenders and contracts with regard to Quality requirements, in order to ensure that Weatherford meet these requirements.
9. Take the lead and develop an internal audit team to become involved with systemic audits base on risk to the business.
10. Facilitate country level KPI Scorecard and use as a communication and management tool.
11. Ensure that Weatherford meet requirements, monitoring the progress, allocating action and close out customer non-conformance (NCR’s) & corrective/preventive actions (CPAR’s) through the use of WPTS.
12. Ensure the engagement of Product Line, Geo & Shared Services and Operational structure are involved – monitor their participation in various activities to show accountability through measured results.
13. Support project based operations as a second level support function to ensure compliance is met with Product Line.
14. Review Supplier bids/tenders and contracts with regard to Weatherford’s Quality requirements, carrying out compliance audits as appropriate.
15. Arrange Quality training from outside sources where necessary, evaluating these sources and monitoring their performance to ensure they meet Company needs and requirements.
16. Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
17. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements:

1. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office programs including Visio and Adobe
2. 4-6 years experience with Quality Management Systems and track record of implementation
3. Quality – HSE BS/BA degree or Engineering Diploma
4. Qualification in Quality Auditing
5. Multi-tasking ability with organizational skill
