Process Development Engineer

What you’ll achieve
As a Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for Assisting quality and production teams to analyze and resolve any product quality issues. You will Study and solve the problem (quality issue, high cost, low efficiency etc.)
You will:?

· Improve the process, increase the production efficiency, quality and 6S.

· Coordinate with cross function team on new product implementation

· Training operators to standardize equipment handling, tooling installation and process parameter set up

· Ensuring all of the manufacturing instructions are updated in a controlled manner

Essential Requirements

· Advanced industrial engineering skills (flow analysis, simulations, capacity assessment).

· Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing System.

· Basic knowledge of electrical and PLC

· Good communication and coordination ability.

· Bachelor degree and good English communication are preferred
