成都招聘

1、全面负责高端物业管理公司（瑞鹏豪）的经营管理工作，包括但不仅限于高端住宅/公寓/写字楼项目物业管理、案场物业管理、高端客户全产业链（医疗、教育、商业）服务、客户维养后台管理等； 

2、制定高端物业各模块质量品质管理体系：管家体系、服务体系、客服管理体系、客户开发及维养体系、智能社群体系、保洁体系、工程管理体系标准，提高物业管理质量水平，服务水平及品质； 

3、制定高端物业体系年度经营目标及实施方案并组织实施，确保年度经营目标的完成； 

4、制定高端物业体系财务预算，保证各项预算目标的达成； 

5、负责整体住宅物业、写字楼物业、案场管理的安全、保卫、消防管理，确保业务满意度、公用设备的完好运行，无重大安全责任事故； 

6、通过高端服务落地打造世豪高端物业品牌，持续提升品牌美誉度，提升品牌溢价能力，实现长效经营模式，拓展集团体系内及外部业务,打造高端物业服务领域细分行业龙头 。  

任职要求：

1：有五大行物业服务或策划板块经验优先考虑

2：有外企或高端物业项目管理经验优先考虑；

3: 5-8年同岗位工作经验；
