职位信息For our office in Chengdu we are looking for several buyers.我们正在寻找卡佩林成都办公室的采购员。
Your tasks:任务Job Responsibilities: 岗位职责
1. Followed up daily procurement matters, drafted procurement contracts, and maintained purchase information and report;
每天跟进日常采购事宜，拟定采购合同，采购信息的维护并汇报；
2. Track the completion of orders every day, arrange goods in and out of warehouse within the specified time to ensure sales and supply;
每天跟踪订单完成情况，在规定的时间之内安排货品出入库，保证销售供应；
3. Checked accounts with suppliers on a regular basis and submitted payment request application process in time;
  定期与供应商对账，及时提交请款申请流程；
4. Carrying out quality inspection of goods, coordinating and dealing with quality problems of defective goods;
  进行货物质量验收，协调处理不良品质量问题；
5. Manage supplier files every month, and establish supplier information database.
    每月做好供应商档案管理，建立供应商信息资源库。
6. Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the superior.
  完成上级交办的临时任务。


Job Requirements:任职要求
1. College degree or above, 22-35 years old;
    大专及以上学历，年龄22-35岁;
2. Serious and responsible working attitude, able to work under press;
  工作态度认真负责，抗压能力强；
3. Proficient in ERP system and office software;
  能熟练使用ERP系统及办公软件;
4. Living near by company will be a plus;
  住所离公司近优先考虑;
