Job Summary:

备件及备件仓库管理. 确保所有备件完好有序, 备件信息准确. 并且维持恰当的备件库存.

Spare parts and stock room management. Ensure all spare parts in an accurate and orderly way, and in an appropriate inventory levels.

协助工程部日常管理, 确保部门正常运作。

To provide administrative assistance to engineering department to ensure proper functioning of the department.

协助进行预防性维修的计划及跟踪.

Assist to schedule preventive maintenance and follow up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 备件收货, 发货或储存于恰当的库位. 保持备件仓库及相关区域整洁有序.
• Receives material, distributes or stores in the appropriate location. Maintains an orderly and clean inventory site in the stockroom and associated areas.
• 维持准确的备件清单及相应记录, 对库存备件的定期盘点. 维持合理的备件库存水平.
• Maintains accurate inventory balances and records of spare parts, including periodic and cycle inventory activities. Maintains appropriate inventory levels.
• 维持备件请购文件及记录, 跟踪备件采购进展. Maintains purchasing request files and records of spare parts. Tracks spare parts purchasing progress.
• 工程维修文件及记录的归档, 例如: 项目竣工文件,设备说明书, 维修记录, 维修合同等等
• File and maintain engineering and maintenance documentation records properly, for example: as built documents from project, equipment manuals, maintenance records, maintenance service contracts etc.
• 每月根据PM年度计划, 协助进行PM的计划, 安排, 进展跟踪, 并定期对PM执行情况汇总及分析.
• Assist in planning PM based on master schedule monthly, assign PM orders and follow up, summarize PM and maintenance records regularly.
• 协助进行维修工具的管理
• Assist in the management and control of maintenance tools.
• 建立并定期回顾更新备件管理规程。
• Set up maintenance Standard Operating Procedures for spare parts and stock room management, review and update regularly.
• 文件工作: 按时完成工作报告(月度工作报告，备件盘点报告，预防性维修报告等)。根据GMP要求更新文件。
• Paper work: Issue working report timely (monthly report, stockroom check and balance report, PM performance report upon request) Keep documents updated according to cGMP standards

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, Science and Engineering background is highly preferred

In 1983, West established operations in Singapore in the Asia Pacific region. In 2009, an injection molding facility opened in Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone in China.
