岗位职责：

1. 负责芯片封装车间生产设备的调试，故障修理和问题解决，零配件管理，文件编制；

2. 负责对技术员及其他相关人员的培训；

3. 其他工作安排。

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，机电一体化、自动控制、机械等工科类相关或相近专业；

2. 3年以上相关工作经验；

3. 熟悉半导体封装行业，机型ADT, ASM, KNS等；

4. 一定的英语能力；

5. 具有程序，参数和校准技能；

6.动手能力强，具有较强的沟通能力，有责任心；吃苦耐劳，能承受工作压力；熟悉运用基本的办公软件，基本的仪器仪表使用技能；

7：愿意长期发展，工作地点：成都市双流区公兴街道。
