1.工厂的测试生产管理，生产异常处理，负责良率监控及改善

Support daily production abnormal issue solve with strong debugging experience, such as low yield, hold lot disposition etc. Monitor the yield and improve continuously.

2.负责新产品导入过程中，制定新产品可靠性验证计划，DPPM监控计划，收集相应测试数据，进行分析，制定产品目标合格率等逐渐导入量产

Participate in new products introduce process, Formulate new products reliability plan, DPPM monitor plan. Collect and analysis the data to formulate the yield flag and release to mass production.

3.评估验收测试开发人员提供给工厂的测试硬件和软件

Check and accept the test hardware and software from test development department.

4.分析测试结果，减少测试时间，提升良率等方法来降低测试成本

Undertake and manage projects to reduce product cost and cycle time, improve production efficiency and work on all issues related to device performance.

5.Final test yield improvement with continuous activities to meet target and test time reduction for production capacity improvement and cost reduction.

6.根据要求，对所负责产品的RMA进行FA结果的分析，确定根本原因

Handle RMA material and update team on the FA results and determine root cause of failure.

【JOB QUALIFICATIONS】：

1.B.S Degree ,Major in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, >6 years of related experience.

学士学位，电子/电气工程专业，超过6年相关工作经验

2.Knowledge of device and ATE testing is essential.

需要具备ATE测试的知识

3.Able to understand, debug, modify and improve test program.

能够理解、调试、修改和改进测试程序优先

4.Quality & Reliability study experience (HTOL, ESD, and Latch-up) as a plus.

具备质量与可靠性研究经验（HTOL、ESD 和Latch-up等）优先

5.Good Failure Analysis knowledge.

具有良好的FA分析知识

6.Good computer skills required and knowledge of data analysis tools such as Jumper as a plus. 

良好的计算机技能和数据分析工具的知识

7.Process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.

具备责任感和积极的工作态度

8.Good written and oral communications skills。
