岗位职责：

1. Facility conditions awareness.

2. Assist first installation, migrate, first calibration and tool-up procedure.

3. Electronics resource allocation and model file update & system-ready procedure under senior development engineer's instruction.

4. Regular calibration, diagnose, software upgrading, root cause rule-out procedure, FOP troubleshooting.

5. Computer system backup, quick recovery skills.

6. System Maintenance & repairing support

7. Changeover kits registration, serialization, storage and maintenance.

8. Software upgrading and buy-off procedure.

9. Review customer spec, qualify and release new product, new program, new tester, new handler, new socket, new loadboard etc to production

10. Establish test Instruction based on customer requirement and deployment to production.

11. Work with customer on debug& test solution optimization

12. Submit regular reports per customer requirement.

13. Generate tester/handler related specification,  working instructions , training materials etc for line.

14. Train next level eng/tech/op to improve their work skills

15. Maximize labor productivity though skill up& planning.

16. Improve test yield and handler jam rate base on data analysis

17. Initiate quality/OEE improvement & cost reduction actions

18. Be able to support night shift for urgent case

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.

2. Three years+ tester/handler related experience

3. Understanding of IC test processes & test fundamentals.

4. Be able to use oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and other equipment for electrical test and analysis

5. Basic circuit knowledge

6. General programming skills on VB, C++ etc & familiar with linux or unix environment.

7. Familiar with the ATEs, such as Teradyne(UFLEX), Advantest(HP93K) is better

8. Familiar with pick&place handlers, such as SeikoEpson, Hontech is better

9. Good bilingual (Chinese and English) writing ability and oral expression ability;

10. Knowledge of Engineering Analysis (DoE, FMEA, ESDA, JMP).

11. Strong ability to solve production line test problems and experience in fault analysis;

12. Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, able to undertake high workload.
