SCOPE:工作内容

  

 

  

1.   对订单从接收到关闭 进行管理，具体的职责包括：

  

 Manage orders from receipt to closing regarding such actions as:

  

• Order entry订单录入

• Pricing报价

• Delivery dates交期

• Status of orders订单状态跟踪

• Changes or change orders订单变更

• Schedule and schedule changes计划变更

• Tracing/tracking, and transportation status跟踪物流状态

              

2.    通过标准流程解决客户有关产品及服务的问题

  

Resolve product/service issues for customers by following standard procedures

  

3.    回答销售条款及质保方面的问题

  

Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

  

4.   处理政策变化或更新

  

 Handle changes in policies or renewals.

  

5.    确保提供准确的客户服务

  

Work with customer service management to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

  

6.    根据需要完成工作，为达成团队绩效做出努力

  

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  

7.  管理层交待的其他任务

  

  Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  

 

  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:任职资格/录用条件

  

 

  

Education And Experience教育及经验:

  

 

  

1.本科以上学历且3年以上工作经验

  

 Bachelor degree with 3 years or more related working experience;

  

2.有展会工作经验优先

  

 Previous business exhibition experience is plus

  

3.有外贸及单证相关工作经验优先

  

Relevant experience in foreign trade and documentation

  

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:知识，技能及能力

  

1. 工作态度严谨有原则

   Working in rigorous and principled attitude;

2. 英语流利

   Good at English and can be used for working language both in writing and spoken.

3. 良好的沟通技巧及语言表达能力

   Having good interpersonal communication skill and language expression ability;

4. 熟练操作电脑

   Intermediate computer skills

5. 良好的解决问题的能力

   Problem solving skills

6. 保密意识

   Ability to maintain the required confidentiality.

7. 耐心处理问题及抱怨的能力

   Ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints

8. 有限时间独立完成工作的能力

   Must be able to work independently within specific time constraints

9. 能适应短期出差
