Job Title: Legal Counsel法律顾问/Channel Manager渠道经理
Location: Beijing 北京

Major Responsibilities:
This position will have combined responsibilities of both channel management and general legal support. Channel management will focus on overall management of company's agents/distributors from commercial, compliance and legal perspectives.
I. Channel Management:
1. Implement existing channel management process to manage channel application and post-approval performance from both commercial and compliance perspectives.
2. Explore and work out channel strategy through communication with all relevant teams and channels to make it align with company strategy.
3. To maintain good communication with and effective management of approved intermediaries:
4. To lead the application of new intermediaries and termination of identified non-performing intermediaries and closely follow up with any upcoming issues.
5. Lead channel team to evaluate channels' performance at year end and update the evaluation results to all revenant managers and lead the team to revise the existing strategy if necessary;
6. Provide leadership, mentoring, guidance and training for the subordinate.
7. Work closely with legal, compliance, commercial, sales & marketing, product lines and other relevant teams to facilitate the effective management of channels and ensure all the channel related transactions are carried out in compliance with all relevant company policies.

II Legal Support:
1. Draft, review and revise various types of contracts in both Chinese and English, including procurement contracts, sales and service contracts signed with major oil companies, etc.
2. Conduct legal research on various topics as needed by operations and monitor new laws and regulations and policies that has an impact on company business.
3. Provide legal support on JV projects, M&A projects on an as needed basis.
4. Advice management team and HR on labor law related legal issues.
5. Provide legal/contract trainings to business functions, supply chain teams and manufacturing entities.
6. Work on other legal matters as assigned by Senior Legal Counsel.

Skills/ Knowledge/Experience:
1. Law degree (LLB/LLM or above) and PRC Bar Qualification.
2. Over six years working experience in multinational companies with a minimum of 3-4 experience in contracts, legal or compliance.
3. Working experience or knowledge in oil and gas industry is preferred
4. Good sense of compliance and integrity.
5. Self-motivated and disciplined.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
