【岗位职责】：

1. 规划产品生产测试流程，为产品生产测试提供测试方法及技术支持，保证研发产品在符合公司及客户要求下完成全流程的测试。

2. 规范生产标准化测试方法，推动研发设计人员，统一同类功能电路的测试方法。对于不同产品相同功能的模块尽可能的使用统一的标准电路，方便研发管理；

3. 制定生产测试指引文件的编写标准，推动不同产品的相同功能、相同模块电路测试方法的标准化；

4. 规范生产测试站点防呆措施、测试流程和测试数据处理方法，优化测试站点的流程和产品防呆措施。

【任职资格】：

1.两年以上电子产品PCBA板级的工装设计、软件设计经验；掌握LabView程序设计方法；

2.熟悉OEM/ODM电子产品制造企业生产运营流程；

3.熟悉示波器、频率计、数字万用表等常用测量仪器的使用；

4.参与过精益六西格玛项目或者培训，***有相关认证证书；

5.具有数理统计基础、测量系统分析和统计过程控制的理论和实践经验。
