Responsibilities:

1.     主要负责设备安装调试

Implement the installation and commissioning work of equipment.

2.      设备出机前至客户现场会勘、测量场地;

Onsite inspection of installation before project kick-off;

3.      组织设备安装调试工作;

Organize the work during the installation and commissioning of the equipment;

4.      负责服务作业后的文件检查并给与客户建议；

Check the documents after the service assignments. Advise the customer regarding the service of equipment；

5.      为设备检查、维护及修理提供技术支持；

Provide support to the inspection, maintenance and reparation of the equipment；

6.      追踪设备验收进度;

Track equipment acceptant progress;

7.      负责按时提交作业报告;

Be responsible for submitting the assignment report on time；

8.      负责跟进项目现场5S和安全工作，消除安全隐患，保证项目施工无安全事故;

Responsible for 5S and safety of work area, make sure 0 safety case;

9.      有效协调供应商和业主，对供应商现场操作人员提供技术支持和培训，确保项目按时高质量完成;

Aline with vendor and customer, provide technical support and training to onsite operators, make sure on-time delivery of project.

10.   参与所负责项目的厂内组装与调试过程，确保各工作环节与现场要求有效配合

Participate the assembly and testing of the project in his charge, ensure every process comply with needs in installation

11.   参与任何涉及安全操作规程的制定或更新

     Get involved in the compilation and update of any regulation concerned with safety.

12.   公司及上级交办的其它事项。

Other jobs assigned by the superior and the company.

Requirements:

1. 8年左右机械设备行业现场安装服务相关工作经验

About 8 years related experience in Service department/field of machinery industry. 

2 大专或以上学历。

     College or higher education

3 机械、机电类相关专业。

      Majoring in mechanics, electricity, or other related areas
