岗位目的：

在本护理单元日常运行中，对质量标准的制定和维护、人员发展和资源管理等方面提供护理领导、管理和指导。护士长对患者护理标准、护士能力与患者需求的适当匹配、员工的职业健康和安全以及临床风险管理负全面责任。护士长是医院面对主要客户、医生、患者、他们的家人和朋友的代言人。

关键职责：

• 向本部门护士积极传达公司愿景、使命、核心价值观和护理策略。
• 与医疗、护理团队、患者和公众建立良好的专业学术关系。
• 与临床团队协商确定本部门目标。
• 全面负责本部门员工入职培训、入职流程、护理能力评估、员工学习需求以及护士自我职业发展计划制定。
• 评估护理质量及护理措施适当性，包括护理文件书写。持续改进护理服务，及时对本部门的组织管理进行合理调整。
• 组织员工回顾学习不良事件报告，确保改进措施落实，以防止将来发生类似事件。
• 为团队树立良好的榜样模式。
• 进行日常部门巡视，确保客户满意，解决并跟踪服务/质量/医疗法律问题。
• 预算和支出控制，确保有效使用消耗品。
• 合理排班，保证不同资质护理人员配比与患者病情与工作量相匹配。
• 完成其他分配的工作。

任职要求和工作经验：

• 护理大专以上学历。
• 持有护理专业证书/高级文凭。
• 持有护理管理/管理类/高级领导文凭者优先。
• 至少2-4年护理临床专家或护士长经验。至少10年护理工作经验。
• 3年以上住院部工作经验。
• 有指导老师/临床护理专家/护理带教经验者优先。
• 了解护理实践的最新趋势。
