Purpose of the Position:

-          AS single point of contact for MES requirement of CQ plant, the responsibility of  MES senior analyst is not only  in keeping  MES system operate  smoothly with minimal production impact , but also need to efficiently collect/analyze business user requirement and provide proper solution to users. And play liaison role between CQ plant business users to coordinate with global/regional IT organization to make sure IT policy and transformation  can be implemented.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

·       Single contact point of MES related requirement in CQ plant ,

·       Analyze system requirements and business processes of MES system to meet user requirements

·       Prioritize and management demand by following global IT demand process

·       Coordinate the internal & external resources to provide the technical & functional solution for MES system

·       Provide IT daily service by coordinate with global/Regional IT resource.

·       In time response to urgent manufacturing issues

·       Participate important plant activities as IT contact window

·       MES system software & hardware maintenance including barcode system when necessary.

Project involved with:

-          Establish and drive plant IT project portfolio and align with business objectives.

-          Deliver required projects on time, on scope, and on budget through project prioritization and effective resource management.

-          Global IT Project/ task involvement in every phase including initial/requirement/design/  Build/Test/Implementation and as receiver of plant IT
