Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, document, organize and carry out the testing work for a project

-Study and prepare the key knowledge for the new project, including testing standard/method/test device/tool/fixture etc.

-Implement benchmarking test for new project

-Prepare test plan

-Implement function test and endurance test according to test plan

-Complete the PCR test report

-Implement Q-test for series and support internal product audit product

-Support GPC-JN for traceability test

-Support quality for solving customer complain

-Train and guide junior test engineer

-In charge of complex test project independently

-Complete the failure analysis

-Support R&D for pre-design test

-Other tasks assigned

Requirements:

1. Major in mechanic design or automation

2. Above bachelor’s degree

3. 5 years of relevant business experience necessary

4. Engineering principles including pneumatic, statics, dynamics and fluid mechanics

5. Rich experience in practical testing work, especially liquid handling, pneumatic product test

6. Experience in LifeTech industry

7. Good at writing and speaking English

8. Familiar with pneumatic product and internal structure

9. Familiar with basic electrical and automation control

10. Experience with NI LabVIEW, Codesys, or other programming languages.

11. Familiar with basic physics knowledge and related calculation ability

12. Familiar with pneumatic system principle and design pneumatic schematic drawing

13. Familiar with basic instrumentation, sensor, controller

14. Familiar with basic electronic knowledge.

15. Good communication and cooperation

16. Broad technical interest and high self-motivation to build up new knowledge in new areas

17. General office and PC skills

18. Excellent presentation skills
