Job Description:

• Electrical system management includes,

  1. High & Medium Voltage distribution:

     1. HV controls

     2. 110KV Power Station

     3. GIS equipment

     4. 10kV Switchgears and Breakers

     5. Transformers

     6. Protection relays

  2. Power System Study (Short Circuit, Coordination, Arc Flash)

  3. Semi-conductor factory power supply distributions

  4. Emergency generators system

  5. UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) system

  6. VSC (Voltage Sag Correctors)

  7. VFD (Variable-speed driver)

  8. SCADA and industrial network

  9. System commissioning

  10. System maintenance

  11. Electrical Construction

  12. System Capacity vs. Demand

  13. System Troubleshooting

• Provide Facilities electrical system engineering leadership to the site organizations in support of safety, reliability, quality, environmental and cost objectives.

• Collaborate with operation and maintenance team to develop a comprehensive system operation and maintenance plan for assets to maximize life time.

• Provide operational efficiency, maintenance and commissioning solutions.

• Systems assessment and improvement roadmap establishment and implementation; capital and expense projects execution.

• Ensuring system operating reliably.

• Overlooking projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget and schedule.

• Manage technical, administrative, financial, schedule aspects, strategic communications, and customer stakeholder relationships during the execution of various facilities projects.

• Technician and operators training;

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above on electrical engineering background;

• Over 8 years’ experience in industry power distribution, well communicated with Power Bureau. Semiconductor Facilities electric systems experience is preferred;

• Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects;

• Strong capabilities in design management, budget preparation and management, and construction management, personnel allocation;

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management in English and Chinese;

• Ability to manage and direct technicians and contractors.

• Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required;

• Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity;

• Strong background in managing multiple projects that are on-time, within budget, meet quality expectations, are well communicated and viewed as successful by receiving business leaders.

• Participate and engage in weekly process system team meetings that includes all TI sites in Asia.

 

Skills / Certifications：

• Witten and Oral English

• Presentation skill

• Systematic problem solving

• One-line diagrams

• Switching/Operation write ups.

• HV/LV operation skill.

• Familiar with electric GB code.

• Candidate must demonstrate strong safety leadership.

• Proficient to Microsoft office software include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD.
