一、岗位职责

1.领导并激励门店提供与品牌相符的专业服务，提高顾客满意度；

2.负责门店销售业绩达成及运营指标提升；

3.保证零售商品账实相符，库存盘点合理性；

4.团队管理，通过培训、案例分析、士气动员实现团队战斗力持续提升；

5.配合公司上传下达各项政策并执行。

二、任职要求

1.大专及以上学历，2年以上零售管理经验，优秀者可放宽；

2.具备一定的市场分析和判断能力，有良好的客户服务意识；

3.有经营管理意识，表达能力强，有较强的沟通能力和交际能力；

4.乐观积极，有责任有担当。
