1.合同、合作协议及其他法律文件起草、审核；

2.处理公司经营中遇到的法律纠纷及诉讼，维护公司合法权益；

3.公司管理制度的建议与维护，起草公司部门管理制度；

4.审核其他业务部门管理制度，发现风险点，提出解决或改进办法；

5.促进公司依法经营，预防和控制公司经营中的风险；

6.法律咨询：为各职能部门提供必要的法律咨询和指导，保障公司经营活动的合法性。

岗位要求：

1. 全日制本科以上学历，有一定的法律事务工作经验；

2. 通过司法考试，有律师执业证书优先；

3.能独立拟定、审核各类合同，制定合同模板；

4.能独立处理企业法律纠纷，有诉讼经验；

5.较强的文笔能力，能独立按照领导意图撰写正式文书、文件；

6.较强的适应能力和执行力、沟通能力。
