Summary Job Description:

1. Analog circuit design.

2. Responsible for system level architecture design to meet product requirements from standard to application specific products for the broad application.

3. Complete design of complex system of low & high voltage CMOS circuit, SPICE simulation. Drive systematic complicated verification.

4. Co-work with Layout Engineer for layout procedure and responsible for IC design and evaluation in power management products.

5. Provide training as needed to junior designers.

6. Work closely with AE and FAE for test, manufacture and low cost production.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Block simulation and finish the report.

2. Discuss the solution for the new project.

3. Socket evaluation the project.

4. Must work well in a team environment and be self-motivated and pro-active.

5. Diligent, serious-minded, logistic, Innovative.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

1. Bachelor degree above, and master is preferred, major in Microelectronics or Electronic and Information Engineering is preferred.

2. At least 5 years analog design experience, have good knowledge and designed/specified some or all of the following blocks: LDO, DCDC, Power Switch, Power Fuse, LED Driver, Power FET Driver.

3. Familiar with directing layout for optimal analog performance and have good understanding of device physics .Good understand practical applications of power devices. Be good at IC design tools

4. Understood the application request of LED lighting.

5. Familiar with ESD plan for the IC design.

6. Study the key parameters setting of application schematic

7. Good English language skills in written listening and speaking.
