Quality Management:

    

• Assist in implementation, review and improvement of quality management framework for SDC;

    

协助实施、审查和改进 SDC 的质量管理框架；

    

• Assist in the development of quality management methodologies, processes and procedures as appropriate to the different service lines and function teams;

    

协助制定适合不同服务项目和职能团队的质量管理方法、流程和程序；

    

• Collaborating with Assurance Service Delivery Teams or function teams across SDC to assist them with risk analysis, monitoring, operation optimization and quality management;

    

与 SDC 的审计服务团队或职能团队协作，协助他们进行风险分析、监控、流程优化和质量管理;

    

Quality Control:

    

• Executing and delivering the results of quality, compliance or quality control reviews for our services to across various service lines;

    

执行和交付质量, 合规性或内控审查的工作结果；

    

• Assisting our Service Delivery Teams in assessing their processes and identifying quality checkpoints and recommending areas for improvement and optimisation;

    

协助服务中心团队评估其业务流程，明确质量控制要点，指出改进和优化领域；

• Helping design or implement quality, compliance or process/operation control review strategies and plans;

    

协助设计或执行质量,合规性, 业务流程或运营审查策略方针与计划；

Other:

• Conducting different types of assignments such as business process and operational risk management, compliance reviews and risk & quality and controls related projects;

执行不同类型的工作任务，如业务流程及运营风险管理、合规性审查以及风险和质量控制相关项目；

• Develop a solid understanding in services provided by various services lines.

深入了解各种服务线提供的服务。

Requirements

    

• Relevant experience of quality controls or risk management frameworks / concepts, preferably with a reputable BPO centre or multi-national corporation

拥有质量管理或风险管理框架/概念的相关经验，曾在声誉良好的业务流程外包中心或跨国公司担任过有关风险管理、标准规范、内控相关职务的任职者优先考虑；

• Experience in external audit and internal audit will be an added advantage

熟悉外部审计和内部审计经验者优先考虑；

• Experience or knowledge in finance or accounting will be an added advantage

具备财务、会计相关知识和经验优先考虑；

• Ability to analyse and solve complex issues and develop apt solutions and recommendations;

具备分析和解决复杂问题并能就问题提供恰当的建议和解决方案的能力；

• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Chinese and English;

具备优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力；

• Advanced report writing skills in both Chinese and English;

具备优秀的中英文报告书写能力；

• Demonstrate self-motivation, possessing intellectual curiosity and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development;

能展示自我激励，拥有求知欲和渴望自我提升和发展；

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
