Job Description：

Application Operation Expert is responsible to provide technical solution and roadmap to support AO team’s tool/platform requirements.

Understand the industry best practise and regulatory requirements to support team technical blueprint and processes.

Work with AO Lead to support business platforms with whole team.

Response to application incidents in production environment.

Review Project solution and define non-functional requirements for systems.

Design and implement application operation tools: application monitoring, devops platforms etc.

Work with application development team to build up tool and procedure in order to improve the delivery efficiency.  

Job Requirement：

Minimum 8 years of working experience in application operation support, DevOps related areas.

Deep Understanding of common open source tools in DevOps industry, IaaS/PaaS.

Deep understanding of application monitoring, business process monitoring concept and related tools/platforms.

Understand distributed system architecture and able to design/implement application monitoring.

Familiar with scripting, work in Linux environment.

Experience in Scrum methodology or other agile development project is preferred.

Experience in ITSM practice, ITIL processes is preferred.

Good English communication skill is preferred.
