1. 学习并理解RTCA DO-160G标准（含气候、力学、电磁兼容试验等），通过实践加深自己的理解。
Learn and understand RTCA DO-160G standard and gain deep understanding through practice.
2. 根据产品规范和技术要求确定RTCA DO-160G试验分类，制定QTP（合格鉴定试验程序)，第三方试验室现场目击试验。
Identify RTCA DO-160G environmental category according to the product specification and technical requirements, document QTP (Qualification Test Procedures), witness the whole test process in third-party labs.
3. 参与评估外协外包产品RTCA DO-160G环境试验计划、试验报告。
Participate in auditing RTCA DO-160G test plans and test reports for outsourcing products.
4. 涉及到试验相关的所有商务活动，包括但不限于试验前/后报价、试验后付款等等。
Deal with all testing related business activities, including but not limited to pre-quotation, post-quotation and payment.
5. 领导交代的其他事宜。
Other tasks assigned by department leaders.

最低任职资格（Minimum Qualifications）:
电子、通信等相关专业毕业，熟悉电子电路基础知识。
BSEE or above.
本科3年、硕士研究生1年以上相关工作验。
Minimum 3+/1+ years related working experiences for bachelor and master candidate respectively.
熟悉RTCA DO-160G、EMC/EMI、可靠性、信号完整性等相关的测试内容, 从事过硬件设备开发者优先。
Working knowledge of lab testing experience in RTCA DO-160G, EMC/EMI, reliability and signal integrity, etc. Experiences in hardware R&D are preferred.
熟练使用各种测试仪器，如示波器、逻辑分析仪、网络分析仪、EMI接收机等。
Frequent user of testing instruments and equipment, such as oscilloscope, logic analyzer, network analyzer, and EMI receiver.
熟悉气候、力学、电磁兼容等方面至少三项国际、国家、行业测试标准。
Familiar with at least three international/domestic/industry testing standards, i.e.: environmental, mechanical and EMC.
严谨、勤奋、负责，能接受短期出差。
Rigorous, diligent, responsible characteristics and willing to travel both domestically and abroad for short-time.
