职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据技术图纸能完成通用设备电气部分的安装、检修和调试工作；to be able to accomplish the installation, inspection and commission of the electric part of GM equipment accordingto the workshop.
2.按要求能完成本岗位设备电气、仪表的维修、保养工作；to carry out the maintain of the equipments and instruments.
3.经常巡检，及时检修电气设备出现的异常问题。对生产保修及时处理、解决。to check rugularly to ensure problems occured on electric equipments solved timely. To solve production warranty problems timely.
4.确保全厂设备电气系统在安全生产的前提下正常工作；to make sure the factory’s electric system works in safty.
5.在巡检过程中发现的电器系统不安全的隐患及时处理，对违反安全生产的行为有权制止；to eliminate the hidden troubles in the electric system, to stop any action violating safty production rules.
6.对因操作不当引起设备、设施损坏及人员安全负责。to be responsible for damage of equipments and instrument and injury of people caused by inproper operation .
岗位要求：
1.掌握电工的安全知识和安全操作技能；to master kowledge of electric engineering safty and skills of safty operation.
2.熟悉掌握电器系统中常用的电气图形、符号，电工仪表表面的符号标志和电气设备、机床设备的电气线路的基本知识；to master the basic knowledge in electric system about electric workshop, sign, marks on electric meters,and the circutry of electric and machine tool.
3.熟悉常用电工仪表的使用方法和维修保养方法；to command the use and maintain of the frequently used electric meters
4.能分析和绘制简单的电气控制线路图；to be able to analyze and make simple electric control circuitry drawing;
5.掌握电气系统中常用部件的用途、作用和基本原理。To master the uses, functions and basic theories of the frequently used parts in electric system.
6.具有专业上岗培训合格证书；to get a certificate of professional operation qualification;
7.能看懂通用设备的电气图纸；to be able to read electric drawings of general equipment;
8.能根据电气负荷的大小估算导线截面、接触器和控制开关的容量；to be able to estimate the capability of the lead section, the contactor and the control switch according to the electric load.
9.根据电工仪表的读数和电工学的基本公式计算一般的电气参数；to calculate the usual power parameter according to the indicators on the electric meters and basic formulas of electric engineering.
10.具备常见电气故障分析、判断及检修的能力。To be able to analyze, judge and examine common electric failure.
11.了解本企业的质量保证体系；to understand the company’s quality guarantee system.
12.了解机械、液压、气动、自动化系统的基本原理和技术；to know the basic theories and techniches of mechanic, aerodynamic, hydraulic, and automatic systems;
13.了解空调、起重设备的基本原理及相关设备的安全知识；to learn the basic theory of airconditioner and jackup equipments, and safty knowledge of relevant equipment;
14.了解PLC及程序控制的基本常识和原理。To get basic knowledge and theory of programe controlling and PLC.
