主要职责:

?接收并登记供应商发票；
?调查发票准确性并报告可疑案件；
?使用NACS, E-map, FB, NMS等系统处理汽车和医疗发票案件；
?与网络部、操作部紧密联系，提高案件处理质量；
?打印并将审批后的案件转交财务部执行支付；
?确保发票支付时效达标；
?通过电话与供应商沟通发票问题；
?与供应商和其他部门保持良好关系；
?发票助理工作的备份；
?主管分派的其他工作


基本要求:

?大专及以上学历；
?熟悉NACS，电子地图，FB，NMS系统；
?熟练使用Excel；
?良好的数字敏感度；
?基本的英语技能；
?团队合作精神，但需要具备独自完成工作的能力；
?积极、耐心、细致
