Recruitment and Selection 

• To manage all recruitment activities ensuring smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business
• To liaise with line departments on recruitment needs and monitor the recruitment process meeting the expectation of Hiring Managers
• To work with colleagues in the HR Team to identify ways to emhance Lane Crawford’s branding to attract talent 
• To ensure recruitment activities are carried out on time and within budget
• To manage well hiring system and improve the hiring quality
• To be involved in recruitment projects such as career talk, recruitment days etc which build the Lane Crawford image as an “employer of choice”

    

    HR Projects and programs execution  

• To execute multiple activities include but not limited LLA, family day, service year awards etc. which is assigned
• To initiate HR project/programs to improve staff engagement as well enhance culture

    

    Human Resources Services and  Communication 

• To support on kinds of communication activity to promote employee relations

• To ensure all hiring process comply with the legal statutory
• To maintain well talent pool timely both in HRMS and related process

• To support HR reports and statistics in a timely and accurate way
• To provide good customer service and advice to ‘internal customers’

• To perform as culture model in daily behavior

    

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree，HR working experience with recruiting and employ relationship background preffered.
• Good learning skill, orgnization skills and communication skills.
• Opening to new challenge, passion in training 
• Be familiar with office software, fluence in English.
