Job Purpose
Responsible for delivering and exceeding assigned sales targets by managing and developing effective relationships with Corporate customers to ensure the maximisation of every business opportunity and by managing a portfolio of BA travel agency partners to gain maximum value for the airline from the agreements and deliver the revenue target through the identification and exploitation of revenue opportunities.

Principal Accountabilities
· Deliver net revenue and cost of sale targets from a portfolio of accounts
· Firmly establish and grow BA's status as the preferred carrier for B2B and trade customers
· Develop strong and lasting business relationships with key corporate & trade customers, their decision makers and influencers of commercial accounts
· Manage and develop key accounts to harness business potential and growth, exploiting new opportunities to maximise revenue
· Critically evaluate and pursue leads generated
· Manage the corporate & trade portfolio using the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) model and the iSell system tool
· Negotiate corporate contracts in line with dealing guidelines and lock in medium to long term business using a range of selling tools
· Establish, implement and review Account development plans and strategy roadmaps for corporate accounts
· Define trade sales requirements and where appropriate negotiate contracts in line with dealing guidelines
· Adopt and implement a focussed dealing strategy using need based metrics such as route need, premium percentage and market share, that qualify BA need
· Develop a successful, consistent approach to local and regional dealing, which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale
· Evaluate corporate & trade revenue and monitor all deals through available tools including WWDS and RAS
· Analyse and interpret business reports and performance metrics available on WWDS & RAS and use this analysis whilst formulating corporate account objectives and account development strategies
· Conduct timely deal review meetings, analyse performance gaps if any and take/recommend appropriate action
· Review corporate data with the team to drive revenue through deals and tactical revenue opportunities
· Feedback on market intelligence and input quality information into the weekly report to Sales Manager
· Identify and recruit new Executive Club members using the available tools and resources
· Ensure compliance with all internal and external company audit requirements
· Ensure compliance with commercial admin procedures and requirements as outlined in iSell
· Drive process efficiency eg Promoting Green to Airport initiatives
· Represent the face of BA in the field
