职位要求：

1.大学本科或以上学历，流体机械，化学工程，化工工艺专业。男性，28－33岁优先考虑。

2.具备3年以上同行业或相关行业的销售、应用、服务经验。了解泵或压缩机产品的构造、应用、技术特性等相关知识。具备流体类、液压类产品相关知识。有石油、石化、天燃气、化工类客户端经验优先。特别优秀的应届生亦可。

3.能读懂和填写泵类设备文献和数据表，兼顾应用和服务能力。

4.能适应频繁的出差和客户端拜访，交流，承受一定的工作压力。

5.英语CET4级，具备阅读英文文献和填写英文资料的能力。熟练操作各种办公软件，会CAD优先。

6.勇于承担，吃苦耐劳，具备服务意识、良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神，积极主动，热爱本职工作。

职责描述：

1.配合区域经理完成年度销售和服务的各项指标。

2.配合区域经销商完成客户端拜访、技术交流和技术文件的准备。

3.拜访设计院、获取项目信息、进行项目前期跟踪、产品定位和导入。

4.执行公司销售体系、经销商体系、服务体系等内容。

5.执行公司的市场策略和计划、拓展区域市场和行业应用。

6.现有客户的维护和新客户开发。

7.完成上级安排的其他任务。
