工作职责：
1、及时与客户进行沟通，与客户建立良好关系。
2、维护客户资源，避免客户流失。

3、对客户档案进行管理。

4、对客户提出的建议与投诉、需求等给予及时协调跟进处理。

5、订单管理、处理产品退单以及售后服务。

6、登记发货记录表。
7、完成相关费用的对账和报销工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，有一年工作经验。

2、普通话标准，有良好的沟通表达技巧，亲和力佳。

3、英语水平良好，懂PI制作单证，有外贸跟单和外贸客服经验优先。

4、熟练使用Office办公软件。
