An international PPE manufacturer is searching for a glove specialist to accelerate safety glove business in China market with the below responsibilities and requirements:

Job Title：Safety Gloves Sales Specialist

Dept：Sales Department

Report line：Director of Sales and Marketing 

Main Targets / Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire glove product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

  Specifying market requirements for current and future glove products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers

• Driving a solution set across development teams (Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan in China, working with all departments to execute

• Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant papers

• Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan

  Product Management

• Quantitative/qualitative glove market survey

• Initiate continues competitor analysis and benchmark

• Cooperate closely with SBU (Strategic Business Unit) to develop new glove products,

• Samples test and feedback.

• Secure time to market (product launches and running changes)

• Glove product information translation

• Training material preparation

• Glove products portfolio management

• Review and update price list according product strategy

• Update catalogue and flyer according to product strategy with Marketing

  Support internal/external

• Technical contact person

• Technical files, data, translation

• Product consult

• Other support to sales team

• Complaint management

• Seminars, exhibitions, trainings, distributor conferences

• Marketing tools and gift outsourcing

• Support to other marketing activities, such as exhibition, DT conference, etc
