Qualifications

1. offer technical solution to internal identified pain points which are highly needed for digital transformation to improve the working efficiency/planning maturity;
2. Manage the development and implementation of digital solutions;
3. Managing the training, maintenance, and upgrading of digital solutions according to rolling business needs;
4. as CC-CN key user to support global projects implementation in CN Plants and customize into China automobile market;
5. Other IT tasks assigned by LOG department

Additional Information

1. Bachelor degree or above in data science, information architecture, digital media;
2. At least 3-5 years’ experience in data analyzation or digital tools development;
3. very good at using IT tools to solve operational pain points;
4. fast understanding about business needs and challenges and identity digital solutions or apply creative and logical approach;
5. able to work independently under fast paced & complex environment;
6. Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset;
7. Willing to learn new knowledge, high adaptability;
8. proficient in English language, both spoken and written.
