Job Description

• Monitor the daily process operation, and take quick response for troubleshooting. Maintain a high level of KPI performance, such as OEE, scrap cost, 0-km, etc.？？ 负责日常工艺设备的运行，快速响应，及时解决现场工艺问题。达到并维持高水平的KPI绩效，如OEE，报废成本，0-km投诉等。
• Use the methodology of 8D, A3, PSS sheet, PDCA, etc, to solve the technical problem systematically in the workshop.？？ 运用8D, A3, PSS，PDCA等工具，系统化解决制造工艺相关的各种技术问题。
• Create/update process related standards and instructions for the production lines.？ 制定/更新与生产工艺相关的标准，编写作业指导书等。
• Train associates and conduct process confirmation to ensure all of the requirement is well understood and adherenced in the workshop.？？ 培训相应员工，并开展过程确认，使所有工艺相关的知识、标准能够被现场员工很好地掌握，并被严格执行。
• Support P-FMEA/ Control Plan setup and update.？ 协助P-FMEA/控制计划的编制和更新。
• Take part in the new product introduction activities, be responsible for new machines and fixtures acceptance and release.？ 参与新产品导入工作。负责新设备及工装的验收和放行。
• As contact window, closely work with leadplant process experts and international production network peers to exchange the technical ideas and experience.？ 作为联系窗口，紧密与母工厂工艺专家和IPN工艺同事合作，交换技术经验及改善项目。
• Manufacture process development, upgrade and standardization to meet the quality, delivery and cost target of the product.？ 参与生产新工艺的开发、更新及导入实施，确保工厂产品质量、交付和成本目标达成。

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical？？？

  机械/电气相关专业本科毕业

• 3+ years experience as process engineer in a manufacture environment

  制造工厂3+工艺技术工作经验

• Be familiar with APQP, PFMEA, Control plan.

  熟悉APQP, PFMEA,控制计划等工具

• The capability to solve the complex technical problem is a key for this position.

  能够解决复杂工艺技术问题是这个岗位的关键能力。

• Flent English speaking skill.？

  英语读写及口语熟练

• Good presentation skill.

  良好表达能力

• The ability to work in high pressure and dynamic environment.

  能够在高压及变化的环境下工作

• Work in Suzhou for the first 1~2years is a must.？？ 开始的1~2年需要在苏州工作，接受相关培训
