工作职责:

1. 参与新产品的技术规范定义、成功准则、项目规划、开发、赋予资质和风险减少等NPI相关事项；

2. 在制造商处帮助建造原型模式、客户样品和鉴定材料制造，跟进试产进度及过程中发生的问题，提出改善方案，并最终确保项目进度，缩短工程试样周期，并解决试产、量产等不同阶段产生的问题，在大批量产前消除潜在风险；

3. 分析产品电参数数据及实验设计，来提升产量和质量；

4. 在生产制造系统中设置和维护产品信息；

5. 量产阶段主导量产准备会议，主导生产，实施产品交付，主导安装调试计划评审，主导生产资料优化；

6. 参与计划阶段系统总体设计方案评审及项目计划评审，支持新产品发布的制造审查和审批，并负责新产品发布后的持续增产、提高质量、成本缩减；

7. 支持产品特性、故障分析和可靠性需求，在项目导入过程帮助降本提量的验证需求，跟进验证结果和改善效果，及时反馈到相关模块对接处理；

任职资格:

1. 本科及以上学历，光电/机电/自动化/电子/计算机等相关专业；

2. 至少具有3年产品开发或产量工程工作经验；

3. 精通功率半导体原件知识，例如MOSFET、整流管和栅极驱动器; 熟悉SOP\WLCSP\QFN\DFN等制造工艺；

4. 在实验设计、统计分析、故障分析方面具备良好的知识;

5. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，语言表达能力及文字表达能力；
