职位描述
工作职责:
1.负责监督执行技术部各项工作制度。
2. 负责制定公司品牌技术标准并制定执行技术部工作计划
3.负责技术部各岗位工作的技术指导、监督、检查、考核。
4.负责协调本部门内部工作关系、员工的合理分工,在有充足的设计稿(可制板)时,要保证各环节做到按工作指标工作。
5.解决工艺技术方面的疑难问题,负责优化大货工艺,保证大货的可行性。
6.负责技术资料的沉淀归档(杯型库,资料库,样衣库,模特库等),整理收集投产产品纸样、工艺单、样衣照片、行业技术标准等,建立并保持完整的技术档案。
7.负责本部门的技术培训,解决生产开款的疑难问题。
8.领导本部门做好纸样、样衣、工艺单的核对。保证在投产前无版型问题,保证样衣无质量问题,保证工艺单完整无误,保证样衣、纸样、工艺单相符。负责技术资料的最后核定。
任职要求:
1.高中以上学历,8年以上同等工作经验
2.精通全品类技术(包括文胸、男女内裤、塑身衣、保暖、家居服等纸样和车缝工艺)
3.精通全品类面辅料特性,对存在争议的面辅料是否可用时,做最终判定。
4.有国内1.2线品牌工作经验
5.熟练操作Office办公软件
6.有较强的沟通管理能力和较强的协调能力
