The Leadership Development Program puts graduates into key and “real” business roles principally supporting our industry-leading Milwaukee brand. Initial roles might exist as a Job Site Solutions executive you may then join our team supporting Event-marketing activities or might move into a Product Management or Commercial Executive role. Wherever you begin your career, it is this vital front-line exposure to our customers, business events and products that provide you with a firm foundation for your future progression.

You don’t need to have knowledge of Power Tools. We provide a multi-faceted training program and hands-on field experience that will stimulate, challenge and reward you!

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Give support to PM for new product launch and product phase out plan execution;
  • Assist to implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products;
  • Translate and update products catalogues, marketing presentations, ects;
  • Work closely with sales team for product promotions and discover opportunities;
  • Coordinate branding and promotional activities;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments for daily product management tasks;
  • Complete tasks assigned by PM;
  • Note: Duties and responsibilities may not be limited to the above. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary. In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, processes and quality.

Professional Development of his / her career in Milwaukee, Asia:

· Work continuously to learn and implement the Milwaukee Consultative Sales Process in the development of his/her sales skills.

· Cooperate with your Line Manager’s efforts to train, coach & mentor for continuous improvement in your performance.

· Ability to enhance your skills related to communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving & time management.

· Develop goals and self-evaluate performance toward achieving those goals.

· Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

Academic & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ideally in Business, Marketing, International business or Engineering (other degree & relevant experience are welcome).
  • Have basic data analysis capability, familiar in MS office software using;
  • Good command of English. Fluent oral English will be preferred;
  • Have good communication skills, being a good team player with positive attitude;
  • Strong responsibility for work;
  • Can have frequent business travel in China;
  • Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
  • Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business.
