职责描述：

1.根据标准和方案为患者提供诊断性超声服务。

2.确保熟悉使用和正确操作超声设备，并定期对设备进行培训和保养护。

3.与临床各科室医生、护士和支持人员密切合作，确保满足病人的医疗要求。

4.按照要求完成诊断报告，必要时参加会诊及病例讨论会。

5.认真执行医院的各项规章制度和技术操作常规，高标准的服务质量和医疗质量，严防医疗差错和事故。

6.加强与临床科室的紧密联系，不断提高诊断符合率。

7.为患者提供优质的客户服务,严格执行医疗保密制度，尊重病人隐私。

8.协助上级医师负责超声科整体业务的发展和推广或上级医师交待得其他工作相关得事务。

9.负责病人包括不限于腹部，心脏，血管，妇产，小儿超声及相关介入业务的发展与实施。

10.负责指导及带领下级医生和技师的放射工作，并监督实施。

11.按照百汇班台标准，为医疗用品和设备的维护提供支持, 确保百汇班台以专业的方式，在行为、外在和服务方面受到尊重。

12.CMO交予的其他临床相关工作。

13.熟悉妇产科及产筛（四维，胎儿心脏等业务）优秀考虑。

任职要求：

1.中国卫生部认可的基本医学学士及以上学位

2.必须具备3年或以上的3甲医院工作经验（非进修）

3.必须持《中华人民共和国医学许可证》，资格证，执业证，主治或以上职称证，及《超声诊疗》等相关资质

4.熟练的电脑操作，熟练运用office

5.必须有至少8年的超声科医生工作经验

6.熟悉国内外设备的操作和设置

7.熟悉临床技能和程序，能够处理一般事件或事故及紧急情况；能够按要求执行工作程序和下一级程序

8.熟悉医院专家转诊和住院的流程, 熟悉医院JCI的要求，并努力契合这些要求

9.优秀的亲和力及良好的沟通能力，熟练的英语听说读写能力。
